The Baidy Experience

Papa Baïdy Gueye is a Senegalese-born entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a background in culinary arts. This was a major personal milestone that allowed him to discover his path and love for the specialty coffee industry.

After nearly 7 years of experience working actively in the business, from part-time Barista to Head Coffee Roaster, he decided to start his own business, BAIDY Coffee and Lifestyle.

Papa Baidy Gueye is the founder and creative mind behind the recently launched BAIDY Coffee and Lifestyle.

He has a natural affinity for design and fashion, and this has played a major role in both his aesthetic and informing his lifestyle choices. He uses those sensibilities to shape his brand, and as an intrinsic part of his coffee business as well.
