Dreaming About Flavors with Aistou

Aistou M’Baye is a Senegalese culinary blogger based in Paris. In 2015, she began sharing her culinary passion via her blog, Aistou Cuisine. Her incredible blog features recipes that incorporate ingredients grown in Senegal.  

Her blog grew in popularity, both in Dakar, Senegal, and also in Europe. She seized an opportunity to expand her community by opening two restaurants, the first in Dakar and another in Paris.

In Dakar, Kéliba Café serves fresh and healthy options while intentionally supporting local producers and featuring seasonal ingredients. In Paris, Afrikn Bowl features cuisine inspired by Hawaiian bowls and African flavors, providing a combination of healthy and gourmet options.
